GalaxySpace, established in April 2018, is a pioneering unicorn enterprise in China’s commercial aerospace and satellite internet industry. GalaxySpace has achieved remarkable milestones, including the development of China’s ffrst low Earth orbit (LEO) broadband communication satellite. With a total communication capacity of 48 Gbps, the GalaxySpace First Generation Satellite demonstrates exceptional technical speciffcations and international communication capabilities. It was successfully launched on January 16, 2020. In just 11 months, GalaxySpace completed the design, assembly, testing, and delivery of six LEO broadband communication satellites, marking a groundbreaking achievement in China. These satellites were launched on March 5, 2022, afffrming China’s capabilities in low-cost, large-scale satellite production and network operation. Together with the GalaxySpace First Generation Satellite, this satellite ffeet forms China’s ffrst LEO broadband communication test constellation. It has established the “Little Spide,” an integrated satellite-to-ground 5G test network. Notable achievements include fusion testing with 5Gprivate networks, V-band LEO satellite telemetry and control, in-vehicle testing for mobile connectivity, and continuous multi-satellite communication. With an exceptionaltechnology research and developmentteam, GalaxySpace seamlessly integrates aerospace and internet expertise. The company focuses on the large-scale production of cost-effective, high-performance LEO broadband communication satellites. Galaxy Space aims to contribute to satellite internet infrastructure, the developmentofthe 5Gindustry, and bridging the digital divide, fulfflling its mission of advancing space technology for the benefft of society.
